Please reach us at info@team-solve.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The typical path for solving a problem is for an employee to take care of it themselves if they can. If they are having trouble, they may ask a coworker or go directly to their manager. In many cases, the problem is just ignored.
Organizations that don't have a way to meet in person to solve problems together benefit from having Team-Solve available to organize the process and save the results for reference.
The ideal size for a team is 5-6 people at work with each other regularly. However, with shift changes and remote work, Team-Solve can bring people into a team environment that are isolated. We currently limit the size of a team to 1 coach and 20 members, but it will be reviewed regularly.
It’s best to get started by entering in some easily solved problems yourself. Like any tool, they will need practice using it to understand the benefits. You will be encouraging people to become more engaged in improving their workplace, which will have a positive impact on how they view their work.
